Buyers

You may file a return request within 3 days of delivery of the order. Please note that you will not be able to file a return request for an order if you have already accepted the order.

FILING A RETURN

You qualify for a request or return if the item is not as described such as there is damage that wasn’t included in the listing, the item doesn’t work as described, or the item was damaged during shipment. We currently do not accept returns for fit issues, delivery delays, or if the buyer changes their mind about the order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Submit Your Return

Initiate your return request by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of your item's delivery. Alternatively, report an issue by tapping the ellipsis (3 dots) in the upper right hand corner, and then tap "Report Conversation".

  1. Format Your Request

The subject line of your return submission should be “Return Request”. Include the name of the seller, photos of the item highlighting the damage if applicable, and describe the issue in your email.

  1. Redspur Review

We will review the claim. For all returns, Redspur has 30 days to review and process the return. If your item does not qualify for a return or your return is rejected by the Redspur team, you are always welcome to relist the item.

NEXT STEPS

If approved, we will issue a refund and pay for return shipping. You’ll receive an email with a prepaid USPS printable return shipping label to the Order Details page in your Redspur inbox. If you would prefer a digital USPS shipping label, please request a QR code in your return request email. Pack your item with care so that it arrives in the same condition you received it. Please remember to always use Redspur's prepaid labels for return shipping. If you don't use our pre-paid labels, we won't be able to offer any support in lost return claims.

You’ll have 7 days to ship the item back to the seller. If the return label hasn’t been scanned within 7 days of approval, your return will be canceled and we’ll release payment to the seller.

REFUND

Once the item is delivered back to the seller, they will have 3 days to review the return. Once accepted your refund will be issued!

All returns need to be processed through Redspur. This will make sure that your return is handled safely and securely.

How to avoid Returns & Refunds

A buyer may file a return request within 3 days of delivery of the order. Once the buyer accepts the order or if no action is taken during those 3 days they will not be able to file a return request.

Return Qualifications

  • An order qualifies for a return if the item listed by the seller is not as described. This includes situations where there is undisclosed damage, the item does not function as described, or if the item was damaged during shipment.

  • Fit issues, delivery delays, or buyer changes of mind are not valid reasons for returns.

Minimizing Returns

  • You can minimize the likelihood of returns by providing accurate descriptions and high-quality photos of their items.

  • Disclosing any damage to the item and including detailed measurements in the listing can also help reduce return requests.

How Returns are Requested

  • Buyers initiate a return request by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the item. The subject line of their email should be “Return Request”.

  • They should include the seller's name, photos of the item highlighting any damage, and a description of the issue.

Review Process

  • The Redspur team will review the return request within 30 days. If the return is approved, the buyer will receive instructions on returning the item.

Refund Process

  • Once the item is returned, you will have 3 days to review the return. If accepted, the buyer will receive a refund.

  • All returns must be processed through Redspur to ensure a secure handling of the return process.
