Shipping - The Seller will immediately receive a shipping label in the Order Details page in their Redspur inboxvia email. They will have 14 days for the package to be scanned by USPS and ship the item to you. We encourage all sellers to ship the item to you within 3 days of the order for you to receive your purchase in a timely manner. If the seller does not meet the deadline your order will be canceled and you’ll receive a refund.

Tracking - Once your item is shipped you will receive a notification via email that your package is on its way! You can view tracking through that email or you can navigate to your Redspur inbox, select the seller you purchased from, and view all updates on your order.

If you do not select “Accept Order” after 3 days and have not submitted a return request, the order will be marked as complete.
