Redspur Protection For Sellers

Sell with confidence on Redspur. Seller Protection is in place to protect you from events outside of your control and provide peace of mind when cases arise. Redspur Seller Protection covers up to $250 in case of lost or damaged items when shipping to your buyer. Coverage may also be available in returns when your item is lost or if you received your item back in a different condition than you sent it out. We are here to help!

Payment

  • Ensure you ship your item within the specified time frame and that it is accurately described to receive the payment.

  • Any disputes or claims you file may take up to 30 days to be processed. If approved you will receive payment, and funds will be deposited within 5 business days.

Shipping

  • If your item is lost or damaged during transit to the buyer, you are covered up to $250 with Seller Protection for peace of mind.

  • Please remember to always use Redspur's prepaid labels for shipping. If you don't use our pre-paid labels, we won't be able to offer Seller Protection.

  • Lost claims must be filed with Redspur within 30 days of the original shipment. To file a claim email [email protected] with the Subject Line “Seller Protection Claim.”

Refunds/Returns

  • Once an order is placed, Redspur cannot cancel or return the item unless the item does not match its description, is damaged, violates our Terms of Service, or the shipment fails to receive an acceptance scan from the shipping carrier within 2 weeks of the original purchase.

  • We will not accept returns if the buyer changes their mind about the order, there are fit issues or delivery delays.

  • The buyer must ship the item back to the seller within 7 days of the return being approved for a return or refund. If the buyer fails to do so, Redspur will not accept the return or issue a refund. Additionally, if the buyer does not contact Redspur within 3 days of the package being delivered, they will not be eligible for a return or refund.

  • If you received a returned item in a different condition than it was originally shipped, reach out to [email protected] within 24 hours with photo evidence that shows the item was damaged in transit or returned to you in a different condition.

How to Qualify

  • The item must be shipped with the Redspur label. We cannot assist with any disputes if shipped outside of our system.

  • We recommend keeping a receipt or referencing the tracking number on the Order Details page.

  • It is important to package the item properly to ensure its safety during transportation.

  • The seller must own the item that they are selling.

  • The sale of the item is conducted in accordance with all laws and regulations; no part of the sale should breach any legal requirements.

  • The item must not be on Redspur’s prohibited list.

  • The package should not contain any hazardous materials. Before the reuse of any shipping box, it is important to ensure that all hazardous materials have been removed.

  • The listing must accurately describe the item including size, brand, condition, damage, quality, and proof of authenticity.

  • Provide clear, accurate photos. The listing must include photos of the item in your possession and any damages it may have.

  • All claims must be filed through Redspur to be eligible for Seller Protection.

  • USPS must scan your package within 2 weeks of the original purchase.

  • The seller cannot modify the shipping label.

  • The paid weight of the shipping label is equal to or greater than the shipment.

With reasonable discretion, Redspur determines whether your claim qualifies for the Sellers Protection Policy.
