Our team is committed to making the shipping process easy and efficient for you. We’ve partnered with USPS to ensure your item arrives safely and securely at its destination. If you have any issues with lost or damaged items during transit, please refer to Redspur’s Seller Protection Guide below. You may qualify for protection!

Package It

  • Select packaging based on the item and remember to package with padding and care.

  • Use a regular brown shipping box, a padded envelope, or a poly mailer depending on the size of your item. You can even purchase shipping materials at USPS.

  • Consider recycling shipping materials from other retailers to be eco-friendly!

  • Adding thank-you notes can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

Pro tip: Expert sellers add pre-printed thank-you stickers and throw in some freebies.

Shipping Guide

  1. The buyer will pay for shipping. When posting your listing, you will be asked to enter the weight of your package. This, along with the shipping time based on the buyer’s address will determine the total cost of shipping.

  2. Through our partnership with USPS, we offer priority shipping. The package will arrive to the buyer in 1-3 days.

  3. Receive Your Shipping Label - Now that the order is placed, we’ll email you a confirmation. You’ll then receive a printable USPS shipping label in the Order Details page found in your Redspur inbox. a second email with a shipping label .pdf. By default, we will send you a printable shipping label. If you prefer a digital shipping label for USPS to scan instead of printing out your shipping label, you must request a QR code on the listing page. If you choose to receive a QR code, we’ll send you a link to a QR code via email.

  4. Process Shipment - You can either Print out the prepaid shipping label and attach it to your package. or, if applicable, have USPS scan the QR code you requested To process the shipment, Go to your local USPS to send your package to your buyer!

  5. Deadline - Ship your item within 14 days of the order to avoid order cancellation, however, we always recommend shipping within 3 days of the order.

  6. Tracking - Once shipped, we’ll automatically send a tracking link to you and the buyer.

  7. Complete - The buyer has 3 days to accept the item after delivery. If they don’t take action, we’ll consider the order complete, send your payment, and close out the order.
