Buyer

  • After completing the order, both you and the seller will have 7 days to give each other a review!

  • You'll rate your experience on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. Feel free to also leave a written review to share your thoughts.

  • A positive review enhances your reputation, increases trust, and boosts visibility. It strengthens relationships with sellers and supports a positive community environment. Positive reviews can greatly benefit sellers and help establish the credibility and reliability of their shop.

  • You can only rate a completed transaction. You cannot rate an order that has been canceled.

  • To access your reviews, simply navigate to your profile. Users can see all the reviews you’ve given and received by clicking your profile.

  • You will receive an email with a link to leave a review once the order is complete. You can also leave a rating by clicking into your inbox and navigating to the conversation with the seller you’ve made your purchase from.

  • Ratings reflect your personal experience as a buyer, promoting transparency and trust within our community. If you disagree with a rating, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll review it!

Seller
