Ready to make it yours? Let's check out! Simply select 'Buy Now.' A confirmation window will appear, allowing you to either cancel your checkout or proceed with the purchase by selecting 'Yes, Buy Now.' Once you confirm your purchase, you'll be prompted to enter any applicable discount code, your shipping address, and have the option to send a message to the seller.

After entering your address, shipping costs will be calculated based on the seller's location and your shipping address. Your final total will be displayed for review. Through our partnership with USPS and their priority shipping, the shipping time will be 1-3 business days.

Upon clicking 'Submit,' a pop-up will prompt you to enter your credit card information, which will be securely saved to your wallet for future purchases. Once you’ve entered your card information and confirmed, your order will be complete and your card will be charged. You'll receive a confirmation email and receipt for your purchase.

Please note that all orders are final once payment is processed.

Offers

  • Offer - As a buyer, you can submit an offer for less than the asking price. By making an offer, you commit to purchasing the item if the seller accepts. Once you've made an offer, the seller will be notified. All offers must be responded to within 24 hours by either accepting, declining, or receiving a counteroffer before the offer expires.

  1. Counter Offer - If the seller isn't satisfied with your offer, they have the option to counter by proposing a new price. As a buyer, you also have the ability to counteroffer when you receive a seller's offer. Don’t be afraid to negotiate!

  1. Accept - Congratulations! Now that you’ve agreed upon a price, you’ve made the purchase! Your card will now be charged, and the seller will be prompted to ship the item to you.]

  • The seller has a 2-week window to ship the item. We always highly recommend shipping within 3 days so your purchase is delivered as promptly as possible. If any delays in shipping do occur, we encourage the seller to keep you updated.

  1. Decline - You have the option to reject the seller's offer, or they may decline your offer. If either offer is declined, the listing will remain available for sale. Notifications will be sent to the person whose offer was declined.

Pro Tip: Countering an offer instead of declining is recommended.

Payments

  • Make secure purchases with Redspur’s Buyer Protection.

  • When you make a purchase on Redspur, we hold your payment until you receive your item and review it.

  • If you accept the shipment or three days have passed without any action, the seller will receive your payment. If you submit a return request, your payment will be held until the case is resolved.

  • Any disputes or claims you file may take up to 30 days to be processed. If approved you will receive payment, and funds will be deposited within 5 business days.
