Offers

As a buyer, you can submit an offer for less than the asking price. By making an offer, you commit to purchasing the item if the seller accepts. Once you've made an offer, the seller will be notified. All offers must be responded to within 24 hours by either accepting, declining, or receiving a counteroffer before the offer expires.

  1. Counter Offer - If the seller isn't satisfied with your offer, they have the option to counter by proposing a new price. As a buyer, you also have the ability to counteroffer when you receive a seller's offer. Don’t be afraid to negotiate!

  2. Accept - Congratulations! Now that you’ve agreed upon a price, you’ve made the purchase! Your card will now be charged, and the seller will be prompted to ship the item to you.]

    1. The seller has a 2-week window to ship the item. We always highly recommend shipping within 3 days so your purchase is delivered as promptly as possible. If any delays in shipping do occur, we encourage the seller to keep you updated.

  3. Decline - You have the option to reject the seller's offer, or they may decline your offer. If either offer is declined, the listing will remain available for sale. Notifications will be sent to the person whose offer was declined.

Pro Tip: Countering an offer instead of declining is recommended.
