Offers

Buyers can make an offer for less than the asking price. By making an offer, the buyer agrees to purchase the item if you accept. Once an offer is made, you’ll be notified and you’ll have 24 hours to counteroffer, accept, or decline before the offer expires.

  1. Counter Offer - If you aren’t satisfied with the buyer’s offer, you can counter by proposing a new price. Don’t be afraid to negotiate!

  2. Accept - You’ve made a sale! Once the offer is accepted, the buyer will be charged. You’ll then receive a confirmation email and a prepaid USPS printable shipping label will be delivered to your Order Details page in your Redspur Inbox. You'll then receive an email with a prepaid printable shipping label. If you don’t have a printer, no worries! You can request a QR code in the listing process, that a USPS retail location can scan to access the shipping label for your convenience.

You’ll have a 2-week window to ship the item. We highly recommend shipping within 3 days to receive positive reviews from your buyers. However, we understand emergencies occur. If shipping will take longer than 3 days, we advise you to notify the buyer.

  3. Decline - If you decide to reject an offer, your item will remain available for sale, and other potential buyers can still make an offer. We’ll notify the person who made the offer that it was declined.

Pro Tip: Countering an offer instead of declining is recommended.

Please note that all sales are final and binding.
