Getting Started
Get started by creating your account. Simply provide your Name (as it will appear on your profile), Email, and Phone Number. We highly recommend opting in to receive marketing emails and SMS from Redspur, ensuring you stay updated on the latest listings, new selling features, exclusive deals, and exciting events.
After Account Setup
Once your account is set up, you'll gain access to everything Redspur has to offer, from shopping to selling. Head to your profile to manage your contact details, including your account email and phone number, as well as your password, notification settings, wallet, liked listings, and vouchers. Set up your wallet at this time to receive payment for your sales! You can also personalize your profile with a profile picture and short bio, allowing the community to get to know you better.
Deleting your account
In the mobile app, select the last option on the Account Management screen called "Delete Account".
WARNING: this operation is permanent. We will retain any data the law requires us to. Only essential data will be retained all other data will be removed. Be absolutely sure that you want to do this.
